語言選擇 Choose your language

For international customers who prefer shopping in English, please visit the "Shopping Cart" page, click the "≡ MENU" button in the upper left corner first (for smartphone users), and then click "🌐LANGUAGE" to switch Chinese into English.

1.挑選商品 Pick your favorite products

2.加入購物車 Add to shopping cart

3.登入/加入會員 Sign in / Sign up

在登入的畫面右上方Sign Up的按鈕，輸入mail跟密碼便可自行購買且視同加入會員，或是使用社群帳號登入( 目前提供Facebook帳號可登入)。

Click“Sign Up”in the upper right corner of Log In section, set up your e-mail and password in order to purchase on our website as well as become HER member. Besides, a Facebook account is also available to finish further purchase.

4.選擇配送國家及付款方式Select delivery country and payment type

5.填寫訂單資料 Fill in order information

下單前請再次確認您的購買明細及配送資訊無誤，訂單成立後無法異動訂單內容。

Please make sure your order and shipping information are all correct before you place the order. We are not able to change out the items or any payment and shipping information once the order has been placed.

6.完成付款 Complete checkout

7.訂單完成 Order completed

取消訂單 Cancel Order

成立訂單後若發現不小心選擇錯誤的商品尺寸/顏色，在訂單進入出貨作業安排之前，您可自行至官網「訂單查詢」頁面自行取消後再重新成立一筆新訂單。

If you realize that you have selected the wrong size or color of a product after placing your order, you may cancel the order via "My Order" page on our official website and place a new order, as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

自行退貨 Return Order

除了貼身衣物基於衛生考量無提供退換貨服務外，其餘商品若尺寸不合或未達期望，將提供一次免費退貨服務。請於收到包裹的隔日下午.七日鑑賞期內，進入「會員中心 >> 訂單查詢 >> 我要退貨」，即可自行於官網申請。

Except for intimate apparel, which cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene considerations, all other items can be returned once for free if the size does not fit or the item does not meet your expectations. To request a return, please log in to the Member Center, go to "Order," and select "Return" within the seven-day inspection period, starting from the afternoon of the day after you receive your package.
